60-Minute Zoom Consultation

  • Purpose: A one-on-one session to assess your personal goals and challenges related to relocation.                                                                                                                                                                    

  • Offering: A customized action plan to guide you through the relocation process.                                 

  • Terms: Must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice, or the session may be forfeited.

Step-by-Step Relocation Guidance & Expert Network Access

  • Purpose: Provide a detailed roadmap for your relocation, including access to expert advice at every stage.                                                                                                                                                                

  • Offering: Access to our network of professionals—attorneys, real estate agents, shipping experts, CPAs, and healthcare professionals.                                                                                                                              

  • Terms: Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred for services provided by these experts, such as legal work, real estate transactions, or tax consultations. The package offers initial guidance only; further services must be contracted and paid for directly by the client

Attorney Consultation

  • Purpose: To provide you with expert legal advice on your questions around subjects such as residency, banking, and real estate.                                                                                                                        

  • Offering: One consultation session with a trusted attorney specializing in Panamanian law.               

  • Terms: Includes one consultation only. Any further legal services or ongoing support must be arranged and paid for by the client

Real Estate Consultation & Exclusive Webinars

  • Purpose: Help you understand your options for purchasing, renting, or building a home in Panama.    

  • Offering: A consultation on real estate opportunities and exclusive access to webinars highlighting key areas of Panama.                                                                                                                                                     

  • Real Estate Tours- customized according to your needs                                                                                   

  • Terms: This consultation is informational and does not include brokerage services. Additional real estate services will require separate agreements and fees.

Freedom Journey Coaching (3 Sessions + 1 Year Exclusive Access to Mindset Coaching Programs)

  • Purpose: Equip you with the mental and emotional resilience to navigate the challenges of relocation.                                                                                                                                                                      

  • Offering: Three coaching sessions (including an initial 60-minute session) and one-year access to curated self-guided mindset coaching programs.                                                                                        

  • Terms: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Further coaching services are available at additional cost.

Cultural Sensitivities & Language Support

  • Purpose: Prepare you for Panama's cultural nuances and provide basic Spanish language support.                                                                                                                                                                           

  • Offering: Access to our Spanish Language Educator, a cultural guide, 90-day access to an interpreter for essential communications, and basic Spanish language resources.                                                                                

  • Terms: Interpreter services must be scheduled in advance. Additional interpreter services beyond the initial 90 days are available at extra cost.

Weekly Q&A Zoom Support Calls (4 Weeks)

  • Purpose: Ongoing support as you progress through your relocation process.                                           

  • Offering: Weekly 60-minute live Q&A sessions for four weeks.                                                                     

  • Terms: Missed calls will not be refunded or rescheduled. Access to the Q&A is limited to four weeks

Healthcare Information Packet

  • Purpose: Help you understand Panama’s healthcare system and insurance options.                              

  • Offering: A detailed packet outlining healthcare providers, local insurance plans, and travel insurance.                                                                                                                                                                        

  • Terms: This packet is a one-time resource. The client is responsible for making healthcare arrangements

Transportation Assistance (Arrival Transfer)

  • Purpose: Provide a seamless arrival experience with stress-free airport transportation.                                     

  • Offering: Complimentary airport transfer to your first accommodation in Panama.                                                

  • Terms: The service includes a one-time airport pickup. Any further transportation arrangements must be made separately and paid for by the client.

Shipping Services Guide

  • Purpose: Help you navigate the logistics of shipping personal belongings to Panama.                             

  • Offering: An initial consultation with a shipping expert and a shipping guide detailing the best shipping options, costs, and processes.                                                                                                                   

  • Terms: The guide provides information only. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for their own shipping services

Concierge Service (First 30 Days)

  • Purpose: Ensure smooth settling-in by assisting with essential services in your first month.                     

  • Offering: A 30-day concierge service for assistance with setting up utilities, transportation, and more.                                                                                                                                                                                      

  • Terms: The concierge service is available for the first 30 days after arrival. Extended services can be purchased separately.

CPA Consultation for Tax Questions

  • Purpose: Provide professional advice on tax implications related to relocating to Panama.                   

  • Offering: A 30-minute consultation with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specializing in international tax matters, covering topics such as U.S. tax obligations, foreign earned income exclusions, and Panama’s tax laws.                                                                                                                          

  • Terms: The consultation is limited to 30 minutes. Any additional tax services or follow-up consultations must be arranged directly with the CPA and paid for separately by the client. Emancipated Expat is not liable for any tax outcomes resulting from the CPA's advice.

Personalized Area Tours

  • Purpose: Help you explore and familiarize yourself with different regions in Panama, to determine where you’d potentially like to live                                                                                                                             

  • Offering: A half-day or full-day guided tour based on your preferences for potential areas to live.       

  • Terms: The tours must be booked in advance and are limited to specific regions. Additional tours may incur extra charges.

Lifetime Access to the Emancipated Expat Inner Circle Community

  • Purpose: Create lasting connections and build a community with fellow expats.                                       

  • Offering: Access to monthly meetups, wellness retreats, adventure trips, cultural immersion activities & more.
